INITIAL CONSULTATION -
At the initial consultation stage, we look at your requirements and discuss how a system could be integrated into your home environment. We discuss the overall project budget
Outline Design
We turn the consultation meeting into an outline proposal and present these for your approval, together with estimated costs and design fee.
Design
On receipt of the design fee we will prepare a full system design, this will include a full system breakdown, final costing including installation charges, layout drawings and cable charts where required.
A room by room functionality specification will also be produced at this time, to ensure that all parties are aware of exactly what the system will do, and what it will not do.
Installation
Stage One: All wiring is installed, either by our specialist installers or the contracted electrician. We will ensure that, where used, contracted electricians are given full support and the appropriate wiring designs and cable charts.
Stage Two: Once building and plastering is complete, our specialist installers will terminate the installed cables and attach the relevant connectors ready for the equipment installation.
Stage Three: Four weeks prior to installation all products are ordered and pre- configured and tested before being delivered to site. This is an important part of the system delivery as we feel it is imperative that the system delivered has been checked for faults. This also helps to prevent delays in the finished system being handed over.
Stage Four: Speakers, televisions, control devices and all other equipment will be installed by our specialist installers.
Stage Five: All custom programming and on site testing will be done.
SUPPORT
System Documentation: We will provide manuals for all installed equipment on a CD-Rom as well as any other relevant system documentation.
Agree service contract: There are several levels of service contract this can be discussed and tailored to your specific needs.
Snagging: We leave you to enjoy the system for a short agreed period, and then return to see if anything needs adjusting or changing to your particular preference. Upon successful completion of snagging, the system will be signed off.
